Lindsey, Sarah, and I decided to cut the carbs. We LOVE bread and potatoes and everything that goes with them so we have turned over a new leaf because we just know that they can't be that good and healthy! This is just one example of a meal we had the other night. Notice the hamburger minus the bun. Yep, that is our life from now on! Ok, we aren't being that strict, but we are changing up how we eat. We have 6 small meals a day and are trying not to indulge in sweets, which is challenging! Overall, I feel much healthier and I am pretty sure Linds and Sarah feel the same. We have been going strong for 2 weeks now! I'll keep you updated on our journey into the land of no carbs.
